During the past week, we’ve been super busy!
A great addition to our Whole Hog Blog family is the not-for-profit website and blog for ALS of Nevada. The entire state of Nevada coverage for ALS patients and their caregivers is provided by just three individuals (and an outstanding Board of Directors). Two people cover the state, with another fine individual up in the Reno area providing assistance to those in need suffering from Lou Gehrig’s disease.
We’d like to ask you to please visit the site, comment on the blog, and help get their traffic and alexa rankings rolling.
We’ve also added a blog to My Wizard Ads, an
ezine advertising information blog. “Diane’s” first true business online after a several year stint as a publisher herself (weird talking about myself in the third, or would that be fourth (?) person). Day in and day out I field questions for not just the new but veteran internet marketer.
Ezine advertising gives people the freedom to use other people’s lists as contact points to announce and promote the businesses and programs they join online.
Again, a visit to that new blog and your comments would be greatly appreciated, too.
Both of these new additions have do-follow linking, so your trip gains you that valued backlink in the process.
Enjoy!

(If there had been room in the title I would have also added “and make money or advertise” with this great Alexa Traffic Rank 8,567 service.)
A while back we signed up for SocialSpark one of those rare social media marketing websites that give both bloggers and advertisers a central location to either make money (bloggers) or find lots of willing individuals to write about your program (advertisers). Of course, that’s not withstanding that once written about, the advertiser, too, stands to see a potential huge increase in sales
So what exactly is SocialSpark and why should you join?
For openers, (more…)

Tomorrow the net is going to be buzzing with the release of “The Missing Chapter” of Mark Joyner’s Mind Control Marketing product. His book, Mind Control Marketing, if you remember, shot to #1 in Amazon within 36 hours of its release.

Gotta be a darn good reason, right?
Well for openers, Mark Joyner’s one website has become the 37th most-visited website on the planet within 6 weeks of its release. Fellow marketers like Joe Vitale, Andrew Fox, Anthony Tomei, Paul Galloway, and Mike Filsaime (to name but a few) follow Joyner’s advice (as much if not more than the “little guy”). Joyner knows his stuff – it’s that simple.
Widely recognized as one of the early pioneers of e-commerce, Joyner was responsible for inventing, pioneering, and popularizing many of the technologies we take for granted today (including remotely-hosted ad tracking, electronic books, Integration Marketing, and more).
Following Joyner’s advice and internet marketing strategies has never, to the best of our knowledge, lead a single person astray. How can you go wrong taking the advice of the leader of a multi-million-dollar International corporation? Duh.
Here are a few other interesting facts about Mark Joyner lifted verbatim from his own About page:
Earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology through independent study while simultaneously serving in the U.S. Army in the Military Intelligence Corp (he speaks Korean fluently graduating at the top of his class at the Defense Language Institute).
Is a cold-war veteran of military intelligence and a former U.S. Army Officer. He held a Top Secret SCI clearance (the highest clearance level in the US) for several years.
Was awarded for his military service by the U.S. Army, the Republic of Korea Army, the Korean Consulate General, and the President of the United States.
Makes for a decent resume qualifying this guy to be a “Mind Control” expert if you ask us

Don’t miss tomorrow! And, as always, things don’t stop there. Not only is The Missing Chapter within reach of everyone’s budget (true!), but there are going to be bonuses the likes you’ve not seen before.
Head over now. Watch the video, sign up. You won’t want to miss this one if you value your business online.

In order to properly review anything, you must first read and apply what you’ve read in order to give your review the proper perspective. My reason for opening this post in this fashion is simple… There are many times when we really and truly doubt that all the great claims to fame given in testimonials are true. Also, if a product launches and there are a ration of people offering “get this from me and I’ll give you this and this and this” it does (more often than not) make us suspect. We ask ourselves, “Did they really have the time to delve into the product before slamming it out there to their lists, visitors, etc.?” We may never know…
However, we did purchase Atomic Blogging 2. In fact, we purchased it just about a week ago on Feburary 29th. We then read the entire 140 pages – even though areas we are already familiar with – download when applicable, and applied (and are still applying) what this large volume offers.
In a nutshell, Alvin Phan has done a tremendous job covering a broad spectrum of efficiently and effectively using blogging to make money online. Even if you are not interested in the money aspect, the wealth of information on properly setting up the basics and then adding in the icing is superb.
If you are totally new to blogging, you’ll be exceptionally pleased. If you are a veteran, you’ll enjoy the benefits of this ebook by making use of either 1) applying all his strategies or the ones you are missing or 2) find bigger and better ways to grow your blog. Atomic Blogging is for everyone.
We consider ourselves fairly knowledgeable when it comes to blogs. Sure each template has its quirks, but the overall (and more specific) tools and ideas we know about and use. However, we have made many strategic changes to our format based on Alvin’s recommendations. We’ve downloaded, installed, and are applying several plug ins we were not using (and in a case or two not aware of) to enhance the strategic marketing of this blog. (If you don’t know what “plugins” are don’t worry, Alvin really does a great job covering everything you need to know.)
The meaty stuff is shown (step by step in most cases) throughout the book, but page 107 starts what Alvin writes as the:
“… real secret in the Atomic Blogging system is here in this last chapter.”
(This section runs from page 107 to page 136 so it’s not one of those “fluff” chapters.)
Suffice to say that at just $47, your purchase of Atomic Blogging 2 is sure to be a “keeper” in your online marketing arsenal.
Enjoy!
