Frankly today, I had no idea I’d be writing about a new opportunity that I am still investigating. If you’ve read the blog throughout and around the presidential campaign, you realize that Scott and I are big on America and big on growth. We’re also, just like you, hoping to see the economy turn around - quickly. That’s why when I came across Rebuilding of America, I was more than intrigued.

One of our “tenets” in our tag line for this blog includes “hot topic news” and this most certainly fits the bill. Please read on!

I must be having withdrawal symptoms since my favorite MSNBC news shows air only Monday through Friday. So it’s digging deep into our local, “switch sides every other day” (sound familiar?) local newspaper, The Las Vegas Review Journal that grabbed my attention this morning.

Actually much of the following - other than my own two cents - comes from a section of the paper, the Las Vegas Sun (don’t ask me what their relationship is - but the one does stick in parts of the other). And, just so you know up front, the Las Vegas Sun endorses Obama.

The first tidbit I’d like to share is along the lines of “is wealth distributed properly in this country.”

Yesterday, while Entrecarding it, I came across Michael’s So-Called Life.

And… his July 8th post most certainly caught my attention

We’ve talked here on this blog (and will continue to talk) about various ways to make money as a blogger (see our numerous postings in search form here). We even spoke about our testing of SocialSpark and getting paid to write.

And, not to leave website owners out, we’ve covered ways to make money that rely on your skills not your ability to talk “Aunt Sally” (remember her?) into buying into that next “hot program”

So it wasn’t surprising that the universe provided us with the perfect outside source - Michael - who also was talking about writing for money, AND giving us specific examples of just HOW MUCH MONEY (for him). (more…)

If you’re tracking stats on your own blog, and you should be, there will be posts that you make where you notice lots of activity.
