With the Super Bowl behind us (those who follow the game, if even for just the commercials), I’ve got to say first that the commercials were a let down this year. The only one I thought was worth the money spent was the commercial for eTrade. But that’s just my opinion.
In the meantime, after your (probable) eat fest yesterday, you might be looking in the mirror thinking, “Holy cow! I look like a ____!” (Fill in the blank yourself)
So today’s post isn’t about marketing or social media strategies, instead I’d like to reference you to a great place to begin to get a handle on your health – after all it’s a new year and this year could be that new you look you’re longing for!
I use the weight loss formula on this page.
On the 30th of October (this past year), I decided it was time to turn back the clock and look and feel more than just a little bit better. Working online can (and most likely does) mean sitting on one’s backside for hours on end (no pun intended).
What I did was a tad different. I did of course figure out what my height, age, and current weight was using the formula above. I also allotted 30% extra (slightly active, I pace a lot when I’m on the phone) which also accounts for just breathing and getting through the day.
However, my next step was to figure what I wanted to weight, calculate the formula for that, and eat as if I already weighted my targeted goal!
I gave myself until the end of February (birthday time) to hit my “target” weight. And guess what… last week, yes even before January was over, I was there (which means… I’m 19 lbs. lighter already)!
Actually though, I have an “ideal” weight in mind – which is oh another 5 (who knows maybe 10) lbs. And with all of February ahead of me, and following the formula above, I’m positive I will hit that ideal weight.
Turns out losing weight and getting healthy so you’re better able to conduct business online actually do go well together
Enjoy!

This morning, following along the lines of yesterday’s post about Qassia, I just could not bring myself to type in junk. Sorry, must be me, but what someone had for breakfast is not my cup of tea (no pun intended).
So, I chose the high road, writing off-the-cuff. In other words, my experiment this time around opted to choose the “Unpublished original intel” option, and give it a go right from their website.
Here’s what I ended up writing (remember it’s not rocket science LOL!): (more…)

The world is full of ingenious people, and those that bring these geniuses to our attention. Tonight is no exception when I came across first Rockfuse, and then followed that post on to The Sleepy Geek. Both blogs are talking about a new Wordpress post updater called (no surprise here), the Plurk updater.
So what in the world is Plurk?
To start you off, here’s a screenshot, (more…)

One of the things a person must have control over in order to make money online is the landing page for what they are promoting. When you join an affiliate program you need to keep in mind that everyone is using the same page. Nothing unique there. And, maybe, just maybe, the landing page you’re sending people to just isn’t doing its job.
To add to your potential misery, (more…)

It’s odd to deviate from a regular (or not-so-regular) “marketing” post to tell you about something Scott and I each bought and find highly interesting.
First let me ask, have you seen our new blog? Fat Loss & Fat Burning, if yes great! If not, we started it off with a product that has opened our eyes even wider than they were originally.
The information inside this book starts slowly. It is a long document for an ebook, and the first say 16 or 17 pages covers stuff you might find yourself saying, “Well I know that!” (and maybe admitting while you “know” it, you might not be “doing it”).
But then it really takes off, ramming home facts about health and getting healthy and why we really are one of the obese countries in the world. Yes, you get tons of information about the colon and even if you think you know everything about the colon we think you will still be amazed. Then, during all the inflow of information, you also have the opportunity to follow all these links out for out-on-the-web further clarification; you’re almost glued to your seat (and truly no pun intended).
Okay, we’d better stop here… We’d love to tell you in detail every single piece of information you’ll find in Top Secret Secret Fat Loss but that certainly would not be fair to the author who does an outstanding job.
Just know that “they” say, “Death begins in the colon.” While we are not doomsayers, sometimes some of us need a bit of reminding to really take care of ourselves.
For better health, and natural weight loss, the information in Top Secret Secret Fat Loss is well worth the $37 (we actually paid $57 for the “Elite” version).
There’s an iron clad guarantee with this informational ebook. But we’re willing to bet you will not feel like returning this one.
In fact, if you look to your right just about now, you’ll see the graphic that will take you over to information you can read and make up your mind about. “Enjoy!”
