Four prior posts, to date, have discussed the advantages of using Jumptags as a social book marking tool for your website and/or blog.

These posts have included proof that just taking a few seconds of your time each time you make a post – or even add a new page to your website – to log into your Jumptags account means multiple links in the search engines extremely quickly (we’ve even got pictures).

After almost 36 hours of debugging our wordpress theme only to discover the archives had gone missing due to incomplete data in our HeadSpace plugin, it’s time to explore other ways to take the services and websites you may (should) be using to the next level.

If you’ve read our earlier posts about SpicyPage, WhamX, and Jumptags (we have talked about more, but these three will suffice), and applied what we’ve written (signed up and started using them), we’re positive you’ve already seen backlinking to your website or blog in the search engines.

However, I’m amazed as I log into these programs how so many people are missing the boat when it comes to using these marketing tools.

Twitter For Twits and MyBlogLog Traffic Secrets

Tonight I’m reviewing and recommending two ebooks for everyone unfamiliar with, or not getting the most from, Twitter and MyBlogLog.

Denise Hall and Kathe Lucas, who call themselves the “Wacky Sales Team,” have put together two premium guides to making the most of these very popular, and potentially lucrative, social media communities.

Are You Ready For A Blog Carnival?

It’s amazing what you find when you believe you are searching for something else, and today was no exception.

Actually I was busy checking up on our bloggers using Whole Hog Blogs, doing some backlinking research, etc., when I stumbled upon Blog Carnival (thanks to Linda at ForcedGreen. She may not be aware, but it was tracking down her search engine placement that led me to this unusual website).

So with all the preamble, what is BlogCarnival? The best way to describe it may be to tell you what it ultimately “looks like” with the finished product.
