This past week, Janet Giacoma, a Whole Hog Blogger and extensive article writer, wrote to ask how does one add their Twitter feed to EzineArticles.com. Apparently, she’s heard through the grapevine, and has demonstrated proof from those sources, that adding (updating) your EzineArticle profile to include your other social identities can have real benefits.
Well, it could be me, but it did take some doing to locate the steps. Actually I had to finally just hold my breath and head to the EzineArticle blog, do a search for “twitter” and voila! here’s the results (quoting a bit of that forum post):
“Here’s the 6 simple steps on how to quickly add your social media links: (more…)

I’ve known Denise Hall for years. To this day, she works with me over at My Wizard Ads.
Denise’s story is like many online. She started with nothing, built slowly, found her true calling, and is off and running. To this day, she works her buns off.
That’s also why today, while reading her current issue of Home Business On A Budget, the following struck me as something we all need to keep in mind. (more…)

This morning cruising through Social Spark, I happened to come across a new search engine that is so simple to use, yet highly effective.
Find.com Search Engine
Find.com - how easy is that to remember! - has no intentions of being the next Google. However, what they pride themselves on is enabling you to take the shortest route between two points. (more…)

Thanks to MathTeacher’s comments in the previous post, I will stop dreaming of ways to spend all that money and get back to work LOL! Just also shows how much “we the people” would love a bit of help from our government versus the elite always getting a helping hand. The state of affairs worsens as the days pile up. While bailing out single entities (which by the way most of us ordinary people would have landed in jail for), once again the government overlooks the critical component in any scenario. We, the little people, are the backbone of any country. With no money to spend, it doesn’t really matter how many special interests they bail out does it. We end up footing a bill that no one can afford to foot.
While the Birk Economics thing sparked hope, unfortunately, the math doesn’t pan out. Even at the 700 billion dollar level, it’s still peanuts. Can’t anyone think up a way that would put everyone on equal footing, ensure their futures, and help in the here and now?!?!
Okay, coming down of the soapbox (but I think “we the people” had better start yelling and screaming louder!), on to the next bit of news for the day. (more…)

For anyone using RSS in any way, shape, or form, it’s always been highly advantageous to turn your feed into a Feedburner feed. With an Alexa ranking of 399, as I write, well that just speaks volumes in and of itself.
However, “recently” Google has acquired Feedburner. Yes, the huge search engine giant has taken over yet another website that started life online in a small way, but built itself up into something as awesomely huge in the RSS feed world as Google is to online searching.
Does this mean the service will suffer?
Well according to (more…)

I need to start this post by telling you that we (Scott and myself) have been around for a LONG time. I know more about advertising and marketing online then any individual program/membership owner can ever tell you. I do this day in and day out, trying to help you make sense of what it is you are doing online - and how to get it done.
Scott, with a background long on years in affiliate marketing, is also an expert when it comes to marketing, advertising, and promoting online. We teamed up a few years back, (the best move either of us ever made!) and provide several online business resources tailored specifically to help you be successful online, too.
Each and every thing we do - whether planned that way or not - revolves around helping others be as successful as possible online (with offline ideas thrown in for good measure).
With that bit of hoopla and flag waving out of the way, today we’d like to help anyone who’s stuck in what can be a vicious, yet unnecessary, cycle… (more…)

Very late last night I received an email over at My Wizard Ads from a gentleman wanting to know if he was wasting his time online. He wasn’t questioning the MWA services, but his whole perception on trying to make money online in general.
Of course I emailed him back and forth several times. I’m afraid I climbed on my soapbox and did my thing (which he did appreciate). The crux of the making-money dilemma is something I will cover in the next post (I promise!) and present solutions to that problem.
In the meantime though, I want to take a moment and show you a shortcut to making money - under your own steam, without relying on anyone or anything else online.
After proving to ourselves, for ourselves, that a person can make money writing online, I set off on a journey to uncover a resource that could shave years off the learning curve. A way to step up to the plate much faster in the field of writing - any kind of writing - online.
With income potentials of $85,000 or more per year, this is hardly something you will want to poo-poo out of turn without researching!
I’m happy to report I found such a resource - and (more…)

A while back (June 16th to be exact) we did a post about SocialSpark, a program for bloggers and a way for you to make money online. In addition, of course, SocialSpark is set up to take on advertisers needing promotions.
That reiterated, at the time I opted for an “opportunity” that paid us $5.50. If you remember, it was a promo for SocialSpark itself, and something I was going to write about anyway.
How great was that
So, the other day I logged into SocialSpark again, and they had such a worthwhile cause. An opportunity to bring the Alzheimer’s Memory Walk to everyone’s attention. This organization is looking for volunteers to coordinate their Fall walks to raise awareness and money.
That opportunity was worth (more…)

Welcome to the beginning of hopefully a wonderful weekend for everyone!
I’ve had a small file of things to blog about going for the past several days, but always find there is one more thing to do before I can get to doing what I love to do… write!
But, there is a lull in the storm, so I’m picking something that I should have blogged about a long time ago. However, if truth be told, I’ve been greedy and keeping it to myself LOL! (more…)
