Okay after getting that last post off my chest it’s time to share something worthwhile and perhaps life changing for those currently unemployed or looking for a better paying job.
Not that long ago Yahoo! Finance ran an article I believe will help many in these desperate times. It’s title is 10 Jobs With High Pay and Minimal Schooling Required.
I’m just going to list the careers they mention, and refer you (above) to fluff out the facts for yourself.
These jobs include:
1. Air Traffic Controllers ($117,200)
2. Industrial Product Managers ($77.670)
3. Police and Detective (First Line) Supervisors ($69,300)
4. Funeral Directors ($49,620)
5. Sheriff/Police Patrol Officers ($47,460)
6. Advertising Agents (Sales) ($42,750)
7. Real Estate Brokers & Sales Agents ($39,760)
8. Occupational Therapist Assistants ($42,060)
9. Occupational Therapist Aids ($25,000)
10. Physical Therapist Assistants ($41,360)
Keep in mind the title of this post includes the words “Minimal Schooling.” It’s not that education is not involved, but it doesn’t take a doctorate to pull down some decent money. Many of these listed above can be found through your local community college program.
Also keep in mind that Financial Aid (FAFSA) is available, and in some cases, if you enroll early enough the Pell Grant just may pay for your entire education… for free!

A reoccurring theme on this site is money – specifically of the “how to” variety. So today’s post provides you with another resource to check into – a how to get paid to blog. This can be (and is) lucrative for many. However, that said, you should be aware that Sponsored Blogging (Is) Not As Easy As It Seems.
A quick check of Wikipedia reveals numerous facts you should be aware of: (more…)

Finding income, or sources of income, in these tough economic times is no mean feat. That’s why I’ve taken to scouting around for the best spots online (all free mine you) to give you your best shot at making cash from home.
At the moment, I’m only going to recommend a small handful because, frankly, most of these services are not what they appear to be and are a complete waste of your time (and mine). However, there is hope – and really good places to look – above and beyond the obvious (like Monster.com).
The ones I’ll be talking about off and on are not “submit your resume and hope for the best” web sites. These are boards and/or opportunities that, with the right skill set, just might land you a coveted telecommuting job (i.e., working from home for decent money).
Let’s start off with: (more…)

Today’s I’m doing this in reverse. Typically I post the long one on this blog with a shorter version on the other. Today, the short post is here, with the “long” (which isn’t long) version on the other.
What am I talking about?
How would you like to learn everything you need to know about putting up anything from starter websites and/or blogs to advanced and more detailed sites and… flipping them for money!?!
Whether you’re looking to cash in multiple times with multiple “starters,” (fast and easy) or big time with more extensive web sites and/or blogs, click here to read my “longer” post (which again isn’t that long) titled Learn How To Flip Websites and Blogs For Money.
Yes, I’ve read the entire 48 page eBook, and yes it is worth the whopping $6.95 (that’s not a typo). At this price, you’d be crazy not to at least go investigate!

I’ve written about this more times than I can count encouraging even the shy and fearful that freelancing can and will make you money online and offline. (Do a search in the box for freelance or freelancing and find out yourself).
So tonight I’m thrilled to tell you about a complete program at your fingertips that covers everything you need to know – to be a successful online (and offline) freelance professional – even if you have no experience nor a degree.
Presented totally in video format – for the ridiculous price of only $9.95 you receive 12 videos explaining the whole procedure – what you need, where to go, how much to charge, and so much more. Somewhere in the neighborhood of two (2) hours of video instruction!
Keep in mind that the freelancing industry is EXPLODING right now. So not taking advantage of this wave would be an incredibly (sorry but true) stupid thing not to do.
There’s even a ton of cool bonuses thrown in completely free including a complete transcript of all 12 videos (for those who like to read online and/or print things off and hold them in your hands – a great way to take notes and make pointers for yourself as you explore – in depth – one of the hottest markets online – relying on YOURSELF to make money.
This video training course covers: (more…)
