Moving to a new town
Tuesday, August 23rd, 2011This guest post from Werner Rogers
There’s nothing worse than moving to a new town where you don’t know a soul and that’s exactly what happened to me a few months ago. I was promoted at work which was great but they asked me to move to the middle of nowhere Texas which was…less great. I’ve been adjusting slowly but surely but it is really tough being here when I had such a great life back in New York. I spent a lot of time getting my hew house the way I wanted it and I went to http://www.wildbluedeals.com/satellite-internet/oklahoma/k/kingston/ when I first moved in to make sure I could get internet. I actually live in Oklahoma so there’s something to be said for how nice the people are here! I’ve met a few friends at work and I’m trying to stay positive but I tell you one thing, I may have to make a monthly shopping trip back to New York to stock up on clothes since it’s slim pickings when I’m here!

I know you might think that’s an odd title for this post, but I believe you’ll change your mind when you read what I received today – how buying made in America can truly change this country. I’m a regular on Ken’s mailing list, and while he also included market analysis and advice, he generally adds input of his own. This time it’s about the simple process of how spending just a fraction of $1 (18 cents to be exact) a day on American-made products would do incredible things for our unemployment rate.
