How An All Inclusive System Grows Your Business
This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Mavenlink. All opinions are 100% mine.
There are many stages when it comes to client and business interfacing. There also are many strategies one can use to efficiently run one’s business. However, the folks over at Mavenlink have refined client/business interaction to a fine art.
In a nutshell, Mavenlink is ideal for:
o Businesses
o Consultants
o Service Firms
o Non-Profit Organizations.
Let’s take a quick look at what I’m attempting to express. There is you (the business), your team (if you have employees and/or additional consultants), and the vital part of this equation… your client.
The client typically expects some brainstorming (discussion about how you can help them), and then receives a business proposal from your company. Then negotiations begin. Once you’ve settled the details, and the price, contracts are signed and the work begins.
Having a space online that is secure for collaboration makes your business life and your client’s life a whole lot easier. You hammer out the project, online, quickly and efficiently. During this time period, more than likely, your business also invoices your client, and payments are received. This, too, is all done through the Mavenlink system.
By using such a system, you also show consideration for your client’s time (as well as your own). The beauty of using Mavenlink makes scheduling time for reviews and input, along with changes and finalization, a breeze. People are free to schedule their time at their convenience using the collaborative workspace.
Imagine what this means for your consulting services and online/offline business. Their dynamic interface actually enhances your branding. How? Let’s face it, when things run smoothly, from start to finish, you are bound to receive recommendations from that client!
And, as of this post, Mavenlink has gone a step further. They are giving you the opportunity to TEST their system out first – free of charge, no credit card required – for ANY of their plans (and there are several to choose from).
Now that’s confidence! Visit the Mavenlink web site today and see how much further you can take YOUR business (and how much happier you can make your clients!).

Nice review, Diane. I’ll buzz over and check out their site, however the service you describe sounds strangely like the service I get with you! Good, that is.
