Get Your Eyes On Eye-Fi

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Eye-Fi. All opinions are 100% mine.

I love when I come across something that is timely and of particular interest to my family and me. Just the other day, I took a photo card from my husband, put it into the always-used port reader and what happened…?? Absolutely nothing. We had never had trouble before downloading photos, why all of a sudden did the USB slot “stop working?” It just didn’t make any sense.

Well after much fiddling around, and looking for this and that adapter, we were finally able to get the photos off the card and onto the computer (but it was really frustrating!). To add insult to injury, these memories will most likely sit forever on my C Drive, never printed and eventually forgotten.

So when I came across the Eye-Fi it really caught my attention!

Now here’s a way to literally change how your upload your photos for friends and family, along with a unique way to store them!

Check out their video:

See what I mean?! The Eye-Fi makes it super easy to get your photos off your digital camera card. It’s fast, painless, and you save a ton of time hunting for this and that accessory to get the job done. And, with increased speed (read time saving), you are much more likely to share those memories versus tucking them away on your hard drive and forgetting all about them, right?

Organization – a big New Year’s topic – is another bonus to using the Eye-Fi. It will automatically backup and organize your videos and photographs (in date-based folders) right on your hard drive.

With 4 gigs of memory, and a built-in Wi-Fi, this wireless memory SD card will certainly liven up your 2010! Imagine how many photos you can have live on your Facebook, in your Flickr profile, on MySpace and more. For social media buffs this is one item you won’t want to miss.

And, before I forget, remember you can share your memories – all those fun and funny times – with friends and family even if your computer is off. For this you just need a “SDHC capable camera and a wireless router.”

So what are you waiting for? You know photos are big online, get moving :)

Hi Barbara! Yeah I thought it is a very clever device myself – way too many wonderful but never to be seen again photos sit on my C drive. Eye-Fi would make it a breeze!

  3. I want this so badly! It even works with an Iphone app that I use called Whrrl. One day, when I can afford it.
