Organic Dark Chocolate Gift Baskets
Having finally figured out the mysteries to dieting, (which is not at all that mysterious – figure your BMR and count your calories), I am safely back into a size 4 (might even be 2 if I get to the store to try on some jeans).
The wonderful part in addition to weight loss is there is never a day that goes by when I don’t eat quality dark chocolate. Yes, chocolate (daily) is a part of my food pyramid, but only quality dark chocolate!
So I was thrilled to discover a way to get naturally organic, gluten free and ethical fine dark chocolate! For those who need to know, these Pure Hawaiian chocolate gift baskets are also “kosher.” The saying also goes that this Intentional Organic Dark Chocolate is “infused with the spiritual energy of experienced meditators” who personally trained with the Dalai Lama.
Wow, now that’s some dark chocolate!
With the holidays upon us, consider giving a meaningful gift of health and pure delight to your family and friends. And, be sure to check out Intentional Chocolate and visit their Intentional Chocolate Blog!
Happy gift giving!

That’s great! Not only do we not gain weight from eating dark chocolates, we are also filled with “spiritual energy.” haha~

Remind me again why celebrities stay away from this food?

Hey Online… depends on HOW MANY you eat. Yeah, if you pig out you are sure to gain weight. But just one of the dark chocolates I eat is only 42 calories. It’s quality not quantity that counts. Quantity is what makes you fat LOL!

Sorry, but QUANTITY will always be my sad downfall!

Dark chocolate is great, and IMHO it doesn’t promote eating more and more like more milky/sugary types. I can have a bit and then just put it down.

I’ve always loved chocolate, however since I started eating the dark chocolate, I’ve gotten picky. Dark chocolate is my favorite, however not more than 72%. I find that more than that the taste becomes bitter.
I don’t get the same sugar cravings from dark chocolate either. A small amount does the trick very nicely.
Sincerely,
Terry
