Breaks are nice – and it’s a good way for your readers to get to know you and see that you aren’t all business all the time.

Hey jj! So good to hear from you again! It really is odd isn’t it – almost like learning a new word; everywhere you turn, there it is LOL! Yes, getting outside daily (I was only out a very short amount today shame on me) is working WONDERS for my headaches. Now if my family (read one family member) would get on board with the rest of us, maybe my stress level would drop, too

Hey Diane, I think it must be kismet that I came over to read your post for not just one reason but several. First of all I’ve been having trouble trying to write a Part 2 to my first post and haven’t written in 2 mths. I’m thinking I was a little burnt out or the whole coma thing was more than I thought about when writing my first half. So I’m on the fence of where I want to go with my blog when I do get back in the swing of things (and I will get back in the swing, that is). But during all of my medical things going on back all these months ago I’ve had several tests taken and one came back telling my Dr.s that I was “very” deficient in the vitamin D and that I was to start taking 50,000iu once a week!! Wow I thought that’s a lot of units 50K but that’s what I’ve been taking now. Since living in New England and the whole month of June was nothing but rain and clouds I have really felt awful depress and not wanting or unable to work really even joint pain. I know the supplement of D has helped but I believe you really need the real thing the SUN! Today we had a morning that started out with SUN and stayed the whole day…I went out and just soaked it all up and I must say I even feel great tonight!! Thanks Diane for a great post that really spoke to me tonight and I hope anyone else who is not getting enough of the sun… then step away from the cp and get outside and I wish you well with all of your new dealings and your health. Yes, it’s easy to lose track of time and miss the sun! And when you do go out don’t use sun block unless you plan on staying in direct sun for extended periods otherwise you won’t get the vitamin D!
