ReBuilding of America Looks To Individuals To Shore Up USA Economic Growth

Frankly today, I had no idea I’d be writing about a new opportunity that I am still investigating. If you’ve read the blog throughout and around the presidential campaign, you realize that Scott and I are big on America and big on growth. We’re also, just like you, hoping to see the economy turn around – quickly. That’s why when I came across Rebuilding of America, I was more than intrigued.

So what’s this all about anyway? Well if you’ve ever spent at least $25 online you know it can be hit or miss on ever seeing that money again. In fact, we’d love to know if you ever have found a worthwhile $25 investment?

But that aside, think of all the kinds of things you normally blow $25 on – a delivered pizza; movie night out (for one person); gas for your car that gives you a 1/4 or 1/2 a tank if you’re lucky. Small stuff right?

Well ReBuilding of America is offering FDIC insured investments to its participants. Your money will go to improving the infrastructure of the good old USA.

But the question remains… What is ReBuilding of America?

Rebuilding of America acquires and purchases unfinished, worthwhile profitable income producing properties that have defaulted to their original lenders. We purchase the property for cash by taking advantage of incomplete or under financed developments. Then, we complete the proper construction of the project to finish its building.

Our projects will include: Apartment complexes, townhome complexes, smaller housing subdivisions, retail commercial office space, and so on. These are the types of projects that have been hardest hit by the economy. By putting folks to work and completing these projects, by turning them into profitable income producing properties, your investment in this program works in two ways: for yourself of course as an investor and equal partner in its profits, and for the American families who directly benefit. As more specific projects are secured, we will post those online. We appreciate your support of this most worthy cause at a critical time in our country.

Now before you think I’m totally nuts, I did go out and do some background checking of their website. There are the rudiments of those details:

[Looking up a domain should always be your first step when investigating and deciding do I or don't I get involved in an online venture.]

Then I took a hard look at their team of experts. With several qualified individuals onboard, the person who caught my eye is James D. Jameson. Mr. Jameson has, for the past 20 years, been an integral member and contributor of Opportunity Village which is an organization designed to improve the lives of children and adults with Down Syndrome. With an MBA from the University of Maryland in Finance and Business Management, Mr. Jameson also received his B.S. degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

(Living in Las Vegas, that made an impression on me.)

As the Obama campaign repeatedly told us, and continues to tell us, it will take Americans willing to step up to the plate and do something concrete. Surely shoring up the real estate market and fixing our decaying infrastructure should be at the top of the pile. Both will create jobs and ensure people remain in their homes. Two very worthy causes.

Our local newspapers, and the world at large, certainly knows that Nevada has been one of the, if not the, hardest hit regions. Our economy revolves around the rest of the country and world having “fun money.” You know the type of money you save so you can take a break from the daily stress and just go and have fun? Remember fun?

I believe ReBuilding of America is on the right track. And with initial investments of just $25 ($5 goes to admin costs), this just might be a great grassroots way for the rest of us to help out.

Have I committed my $25 yet? The answer is no. I’m one of those diehard due diligence types that want to know exactly the who, what, where, when and how’s of everything I get involved in. I urge the same for you (see full contact information above and on their website).

However, it’s certainly worth investigating!

  5. Guess I was just as curious as you about this crazy idea of changing the economy $20. When Jim Jamison came to me I didn’t know what to think but here’s the letter Jim wrote to me when I asked him why he is doing this crazy, albeit admirable investment plan?
    From Jim Jamison….

“I’m asking you to believe. Not just in my ability to bring about real change in Washington. I’m asking you to believe in yours.” President-Elect Barrack Obama

How true. Yes, I have seen what has happened to this country that I love so much and have given to in so many ways. I am tired of the rhetoric from Capitol Hill and our legislating body of takers, for the most part, and not givers. At my last reading of the Declaration and Constitution, these legislating people who represent the PEOPLE are not doing their jobs to the fullest extent and I believe that Americans are tired of being the scapegoat for them and their frivolous spending and antics while they “represent” us in Congress. They are actually representing their own interests and retirement, for the most part, and WE THE PEOPLE are truthfully sick and tired of being lied to and having the proverbial “wool” put over our heads with their “back door politics” and “pork barrel add-ons.” I’m equally sick of seeing the GREED in Wall Street and in our corporate halls. It’s got to stop!

And that’s why I spent thousands of dollars of my own money working with the Security and Exchange Commission, legal advisors, Financial experts, and reputable financial institutions to create Rebuilding of America. I am not trying to fool the people, rather I have built, literally, from the ground up a way to let everyone get what they want. By keeping the minimum investment low, it is a straight-up opportunity for everyone who can afford $20 to participate in the change we really need and ultimately in the profits. You have my word on it.

“So,” you are probably asking, “Why are you doing this?” Good question. The answer is quite simple. If Obama and McCain can raise millions of dollars at $5 per person to buy ads and run their campaigns, I figured we can use the same power of the masses to really make a change in our economy. So, to answer your question, the main purpose of Rebuilding of America is to REALLY make a change in the economy, one person, many jobs, and hopefully many projects at a time.

Ok, so you’re asking what type of projects? That’s the best part and why you’re going to want to be in on the ground floor and invest just $20. Between the three Board of Directors, we have been involved in the financial and construction industry for decades, building worthwhile projects and making wealthy people good returns on their investments.
But, things have changed. Banks are now sitting on very worthwhile projects and have lost funding due to bankruptcy, federal and local funds drying up, and/or devastations like Hurricane Katrina.

For example, one project is a Senior Citizens housing project that was about 60% complete when the construction company went bankrupt. Bang, the bank ends up holding the bag and a project that was to house over 50 people stops and the government is looking at how to bail out the banks from the burdens. This type of project will provide jobs, housing, and a return to the investors.

A second project being considered is a construction project that was devastated by Hurricane Katrina. Again this low-income housing project was very worthwhile and when it was wiped out by the storm, funding dried up and the bank was left holding the bag. This project also gets people employed, development moving forward, and a return on investment as the investment dollars needed to pickup the project are cheap compared to what the project is worth complete. The banks just want to get it off their books at foreclosure pricing as they are not construction companies or developers. We are.

Although we may have several projects up and running simultaneously to increase the investors profits, we will give each investor their project and will keep them updated quarterly on its progress. All (100%) of the profits will be distributed annually to the investors. Note, that none of the Board of Directors will benefit from the profits – they go to the people.

Now here’s some other good news. This program also enriches the local economies in the areas the investors develop. Another incentive for the investors is the fact that both my son and me have many years of experience in doing this type of thing. I know figures relating to costs, rehab, leasing, rentals, property values, and how to leverage the banks to borrow against the Certificates of Deposit without jeopardizing any investment. Along with this knowledge, my son has the experience and licensing to build any type of structure from ground up or to take over on any unfinished projects that the original developer was either foreclosed on or walked away from. Together, we are a very dangerous team for the real estate market and building markets. We are both very savvy in our own worlds of expertise and we do work together as one in mind and purpose, therefore, exacting maximum returns with minimum exposure on all of our projects.

Yes, I guess you could say we are doggedly determined to help people, help the middle class of hard working men and women in this country, and not rely on the government to keep bailing us out. I love our country very passionately and truly believe that we CAN and WILL make a difference in the economy without burdening or taxing the hard working men and women we cater to. We don’t just sit here and talk about CHANGE, we MAKE change happen.

It is time that WE take a stance and draw lines. So, if you are like me and want to give back to the masses of hardworking men and women some Real HOPE, then check it out…
    http://www.rebuildingofamerica.com

There you will see that we are offering an investment that is virtually safe, sound and totally secure for a small amount of money. It is an investment that is worthwhile if you want to take control and really get involved in changing our economy. We as a group of focused, determined individuals, can in so many ways begin to turn around communities by putting people back to work and rebuilding the local economy before it’s too late.

So, we set up two banking accounts. One for the general operating account and the other to safeguard the net investment into an escrow account. Once the escrow balance reaches $250,000 we would turn that into a Certificate of Deposit, which totally insures the safety of the investors monies. I have always made sure that investors monies were handled with due diligence on my part and this is certainly no exception. So I am keeping the $20 investments bundled and safe from scrutiny and well within the financial laws. And that’s why the investments will be FDIC insured and held in five year Certificates of Deposit at reputable financial institutions.

Now, you’ve got to be asking, “What happens after I invest?”
You’re going to really like this. Your money will be bundled, along with thousands of other investors, into a worthwhile cause and invested into potentially profitable construction projects. You, along with all investors, will be kept posted quarterly (via email) on the progress of your project. You will initially receive a certificate of authenticity and a letter from us making you officially part of the team. From there you will receive quarterly updates and can check the progress at anytime on the website.

Oh, and did I mention that ALL the profits are distributed on an annual basis? And it even gets better. At the end of five years (this is the part where I spent lots of money on legal fees to get just $20 investors into bundled FDIC Certificates of Deposit), you will have the option to get your original investment money back or reinvest it for another five years. And that, fellow Americans, is why I did this unique program and why I hope you invest today and be in on the first project.

In doing this, we want to show you that we are legitimate in our dealings and no one else in this industry of investment type loans does what we do. In other words, all the other investment companies charge the projects their “special fees” to cover the cost of operations and ALSO share in the profit taking, which mostly limits the amounts of the investors can expect by exorbitant fees assessed by the investment company.

So Rebuilding of America brings back UNITY, STRENGTH IN NUMBERS and produces OPTIMISM and PRIDE for doing an investment. It is not only a worthwhile venture for the investor, it is a chance to CHANGE what is happening in America and that is what this is all about.

Having served in the military for many years, I am a true patriot that loves his country and its people. My time in the military was for what I believed in (America). It was during a very uneasy period of time, here and abroad. Thus, I am a patriot in its truest sense, as I fought for what I personally believed in and want no pat on the back. I truly believe that patriotism is a daily, lifelong ambition and I do put my words into action and deeds.

I am not a philanthropist or anything like that. I am just one person among many who will stand up and be counted on for doing the right thing. I am not a bumbling naïve person who believes everything is rosy, but, I am an optimist who sees, as we all do, that there is a need for change. Along with my son and the dedicated members on our Board of Directors to guide us, we shall overcome and see this thing through until we do win and accomplish our mission!

We want to make sure that we give back to the investors, the hard working men and women of this country, what they desire rightfully for an investment opportunity and to help this country out in a very dire time in all of our lives. We are not con men or sham artists. We are Americans, people that just believe fully in what we are doing. If we can gather millions of dollars to fund political campaigns for change $5 at a time, then we CAN invest back into this country and make REAL CHANGE!

It is well worth thoroughly investigating this scheme and getting legal advice too. We need a lot of rebuilding over here in the UK as our present government is trying to borrow its way out of the recession. We are already taxed to the hilt and a few years down the line we are going to be hit with another bombshell to pay off this debt!

I’m definitely more interested in what Congress is going to do about the credit crisis right now… I know that the housing issue is a big one, and rebuilding is a problem that needs to be addressed, but the fact that Congress is using my tax money to bail out the companies that are then turning around and raising my monthly interest rate is getting ridiculous.

ok, first of all Jim Jameson died on Dec 9th. I was married to the man from 1990-1998. His college creditionals are a scam. He never graduated from any college. Jim’s loss of his business in Las Vegas, caused us both a lot. He ran to Florida, virtually penniless. Public records will show he wrote bad checks around this time. Jim was a dreamer and could charm snakes. He’d get you pumped up on hair brain scams, then never followed thru. Jim’s excesses cause him to be estranged from all of his family, albeit his long lost son and sister. I loved Jim Jameson, but he was not good for me. May he lie in peace.
