		<description>As always, honesty is the best policy - whether online or off.  I agree too with the first part of your post.... be up front and ask if you think something isn&#039;t going the right direction.  Both of you will likely be relieved to have a chance to clear the air and take another go at it. On a positive note - if the interview was uncomfortable and the position not offered, think about how uncomfortable working there might be in the long run.... things happen for a reason!</description>
