Once again another week has come and gone without a single post made to this blog. I cannot believe it – and I’m highly disappointed in myself. I have reasons – wonderful clients and customers needing personalized attention – but not posting is having an effect on the headway we’ve made on this blog.
The obvious point is when you get traffic to anything - and in this case a blog – you must sustain that traffic or watch your Alexa ranking (some indication of the volume of traffic) rise and fall with the tides.
With Linda’s huge successes, and those of our fellow Whole Hog Bloggers, we strive to also stay on track with this whole “get traffic” thing
If you don’t post at regular intervals (and often) your traffic obviously fluctuates. The reasons for this are two-fold. (more…)

Well, as you can see the entire week went by without a single post on this blog. The reasons are multi-fold, and I’m blaming the Olympics
While we revisit and revamp our high-end services over at Market-For-Me, assist Whole Hog Blog networkers, field marketing and advertising phone calls, and in general provide marketing assistance, the one bump in my particular road has been those prime time showings of the Olympic events.
I haven’t a clue why, but I will sit there and watch the marathoners do their thing, mile after mile. I’ve even stayed up the past two nights praying I will get a tiny morsel of “table tennis” (or as we refer to it around here “ping pong”).
In fact, pursuit of watching some Olympic-style table tennis became more than a bit of an obsession for me. I really enjoy a good game of ping pong. I figured, wow!, those Olympic players must be amazing. (more…)

If ever there is a Gold Medal for blogging, Linda Rembowski of Forcedgreen would win hands down!
The August 16th edition of the WebProNews includes a quick (I don’t know what to call it… article? post? tidbit?) of information from their staff writer, David A. Utter. He writes:
The popularity contest of blogging and gaining links and traffic doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time and work.
And, of course, he’s not far off the mark. However, today we’ve got the great pleasure of taking our Sunday Fun Day to tell you about the huge success of (more…)

I need to start this post by telling you that we (Scott and myself) have been around for a LONG time. I know more about advertising and marketing online then any individual program/membership owner can ever tell you. I do this day in and day out, trying to help you make sense of what it is you are doing online – and how to get it done.
Scott, with a background long on years in affiliate marketing, is also an expert when it comes to marketing, advertising, and promoting online. We teamed up a few years back, (the best move either of us ever made!) and provide several online business resources tailored specifically to help you be successful online, too.
Each and every thing we do – whether planned that way or not – revolves around helping others be as successful as possible online (with offline ideas thrown in for good measure).
With that bit of hoopla and flag waving out of the way, today we’d like to help anyone who’s stuck in what can be a vicious, yet unnecessary, cycle… (more…)

On our last post I let you know I had purchased a software script that had the hallmarks of bringing traffic for those not blogging, but with full access to a website domain.
With high hopes, we installed the script exactly as indicated, and yes it did install. Logging in and looking around went very smoothly.
However, (more…)
