@Saravanan everyone has their strong points, and the only way to continue to build those strengths is by exercising farther and farther outside your comfort range. It may take a bit to get recognized in some places, but not taking action means… well nothing happens

The thing I learned years and years ago starting online is the worst anyone can say is no. But there’s always the next opportunity to prove yourself. Sit and reflect on your strengths, know your weaknesses and build both.

@Saravanan you are most welcome We’ve used Guru quite a bit for getting our out projects outsourced, when we run out of time, or need too much and help with things. The system works very well. The bidding process can be tricky, since you definitely want to get paid what you’re worth. And you are up against competition while bidding. If you stick with it, and get your reputation rolling with them, people will start coming to you. Having proofs to show for a particular project is also a good thing. Being able to show examples of your work, etc., help pull it all together
